Before Your Order Ships
If you are providing your own artwork, your order will immediately be sent to the prepress department. Our team will create a proof of your artwork that is formatted for the press. Depending on the choice that you made during the checkout process, you will receive an electronic proof via email or an inkjet proof via postal mail. Once you review and approve the proof, your order will be scheduled on the press. Typically, orders are printed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days after the proof has been approved.
Should you need your printed materials by a specific date, please notify us during the checkout process. As you place the order, you will be given the opportunity to send notes and/or requests to us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If we are not able to accommodate your deadline, you will be notified and given the option to continue with your order or cancel your order before any work has been completed.
All orders print and ship directly from our production facility in Cleveland, OH. Unless a special request is made and granted, all orders ship with Fed Ex. During the checkout process, you may select ground shipping or one of the expedited methods available from Fed Ex. If you are in the Cleveland area and wish to reduce your shipping expense, you may choose to pick up your order from our facility. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email that contains the applicable tracking numbers from Fed Ex. You may also track your packages directly from your account section on WePrintQuick.com.
