What services do you provide?

What paper stocks do you offer?
100# standard glossy paper text weight stock is approximately 25% thicker than a magazine cover. The shiny finish provides an excellent opaque base for rich process color printing. This stock is common for: Brochures, self-mailers, Catalog Inserts, Flyers, Posters, etc.

Our thick 14 pt cover weight stock is used on all card products, plus there is an option to use it on some of our brochure products. The glossy, coated finish makes photographs and other images look beautiful.

We use 28# bond / 70# Opaque for our letterhead. These uncoated (non-glossy) white stocks are guaranteed safe for desktop laser printing. Many common stationery stocks are not appropriate for 4-color printing, so we have selected these for best results. This stock is about two times thicker than 20# copy paper.

Our 14 pt C1S cover weight stock is a Bristol stock, gloss coated on the outside and uncoated on the inside. We are currently offering this stock for standard business cards.

Our 14 pt Premium uncoated cover has the same nice smooth finish as the 28# bond / 70# opaque, but is as thick as our 14 pt gloss cover stock. We currently offer this stock for our standard business cards.

How should I prepare my files?
Please Create One Print File For Each Item Being Ordered
If You Need to Send Multiple Files for a Single Item, Please “Zip” or “Stuff” the Files Together
Please Embed All Fonts and Convert Images to CMYK or Grayscale (No RGB Images)

What types of files do you accept?
PDF, Print Resolution (Preferred File Format)

Do you provide artwork templates?
Yes! All templates are at the bottom of each product page.

How can I submit my print-ready files?
After you place your order, you can use our electronic file upload feature, or you can send the files to our facility on a storage medium (CD, DVD, Flash Drive, or Other External Drive).

Will the electronic proof match the final output color?
The electronic proof is not meant for color matching. They are low resolution and are simply provided to verify the layout, accuracy, color/font drop-offs, and text of your artwork. If you require a color match, please order a color hard proof.

Do you keep my previously submitted files?
We do for a $9.99 fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For Pre-Payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.

How will I receive my order?
You can choose to pick up your order at our facility in Cleveland, OH or you can choose to have your order shipped via UPS.

When will my order be completed?
Standard turnaround time for orders is 5-7 business days. Although, special finishing options may extend this period. You can receive your order quicker, but rush charges may apply.

Do you offer Blind Shipping?
If you are placing an order for someone else, you may wish to have the client receive the materials in packaging that does not identify Eveready Printing or We Print Quick as the source. There is no charge for the service, but extra shipping and handling fees may apply. Please inquire for additional details.

Can you split my shipment?
Yes. We can split your shipment to different locations, but extra shipping and handling fees may apply.

Can you use my shipping account to send the order?
Yes. Please provide this information once the order is placed. If no information is sent, we will use our standard shipping account.

Do you offer free samples?
Absolutely! You may request samples by using our contact form.

Where’s my order?
You can check your order status by clicking on the “My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of any page on our website.

Can I email my file(s) to you?
If for some reason your file(s) did not upload properly, you may email your file(s) to info@WePrintQuick.com. Be sure to include your order number and contact info in your email to ensure proper order processing on our part.

How do I place a re-order?
We Print Quick website will keep track of the history of all your orders. However, each order is viewed as a finished order once it is shipped or delivered. If you need to re-order a product, a new order will need to be placed with artwork.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because of our fast turnaround we process jobs as soon as we get them. If you need to cancel a job that has already been submitted, you must speak directly to a We Print Quick representative, you may not email or leave a voice mail for canceling an order. If the job has not been plated and scheduled for production we will be happy to cancel your order. If plates have been made or your job is in “Printing” status you will be responsible for full payment.

We recommend that you take special care with checking your job to make sure it’s correct, before placing your order. Or, if you are using our design services, we recommend requesting a proof.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Please send us 100 to 200 samples of your print job so we can find out what went wrong with your job. If we deem the problem a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to reprint your job. However, We Print Quick will not be responsible for design flaws on jobs not designed by We Print Quick Design Team. Including but not limited to, typos, resolution issues, or not enough bleed for cutting. We Print Quick has the right to decide what is and what is not a manufacturing defect.

What are your hours?
Our office hours are from 8.30am to 5:30pm EST Mon-Fri. However you may order online 24 hours at day at www.WePrintQuick.com.

Can you quote items that are not listed on your site?
Yes, we offer custom print quotes on any full-color printing project. Give us a call, visit EvereadyPrint.com, or use our custom quote form.

What printing process do you use?
We print using CMYK, Full Color Offset sheet-fed Printing

My image is less than 300 dpi resolution, can it still be printed?
Your image can still be printed at less than 300dpi, however the print quality will be sacrificed significantly. We print all jobs using 200 Line Screen, which means you can utilize up to 400dpi for any print job. We recommend at least 300dpi to obtain the best print quality.

What is CMYK printing?
CMYK are the four colors that make up all other colors in the world. They are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.

What are your specifications for custom artwork?
Our file preference is a properly submitted PDF, however we will accept a JPEG, or TIFF file as well, so long as they are flattened at a minimum of 300dpi.

I need something changed, corrected, added, or taken off my artwork. Can you do this for me?
We can! Depending on what the change is, a fee may apply.

What do I do if I want a full bleed?
Please include a 1/8-inch bleed on all sides of bled pages.
