New File Submission Fee
After we have shown you an online proof and you determine that you need to submit new files you can do so by contacting our prepress department. Due to the time it takes to pre-flight and prep your files, a $25 fee will be assessed each time you submit new artwork and this fee must be paid prior to sending you a new proof. If you need to submit new files because the original files were corrupt you will not be charged.
Discounts & Promotions
To qualify for the promotion you must place your order during the promotional period. The discount offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Qualifying purchases exclude custom quoted orders, postage, printing options, shipping and sales tax.
Sales Tax
All Ohio orders are subject to sales tax. If your company is tax exempt, your exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us when placing your order.
Shipping Information
Typically, orders are printed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days after the proof has been approved.
We Print Quick assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. We Print Quick does not claim any responsibility for any products in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipping company. If so desired, you can request insurance (in the order notes) to cover the replacement of the order. A representative will get back to you on the additional cost of the insurance.
We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination as it is very difficult to process Shipping Changes once an order has been placed. We process hundreds of orders each day, and with-in minutes of receiving your order our Shipping and Fulfillment Department is already scheduling your ship date and preparing your label!
Shipping changes are time consuming and costly for us. In the event that you need to change any shipping information (shipping service, destination address, etc.) after you have placed your order you will be charged an additional $25.
Return / Refund Policy
A claim by the Customer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Products or the Services or their failure to correspond with specification agreed in the Contract shall (whether or not delivery is refused by the Customer) be notified to We Print Quick within seven days from the date of delivery, or commencement of performance of the Services, or (where the defect or failure was not apparent upon reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. In such event the Customer shall allow We Print Quick to inspect the relevant item/s. If delivery is not refused and the Customer does not notify We Print Quick accordingly, the Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Products or performance of the Services and We Print Quick shall have no liability for such defect or failure and the Customer shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products and/or Services had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.
Where a valid claim in respect of any of the Products which is based upon a defect in the quality or condition of the Products or their failure to meet specification is notified to We Print Quick in accordance with these Terms, We Print Quick may rectify or replace the Products (or the part in question) free of charge or, at We Print Quick’s sole discretion, refund to the Customer the price of the Products (or a proportionate part of the price) in which case We Print Quick shall have no further liability to the Customer.
All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been prepared for printing and no on-line proof has been sent. In the case of a refund on an order that printing has not started, a $25 processing fee will be charged for Printing only jobs and a $50 fee will be charged for Mailing Services jobs where we have already processed your mailing list. If an order is cancelled after we have already pre-flighted your files and have shown you an on-line proof an additional $25 fee will be charged. RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. We Print Quick reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.
Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, We Print Quick, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.
You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
